A mite late to my own party…..

I am floored!!!!!! Speechless. Well, almost. Hard to make a Gemini speechless, LOL !!!!

How can I ever thank you enough, Meenakshi, for your generosity of spirit to organize this for me – and I do thank you too for the gorgeous special card you emailed to me –

and everyone's wishes just make this ol' E.T. heart glow brighter and brighter !!!!! [If you didn't see the movie, run out and get it.]

and I think I'm blushing, too !!!!

The strangest thing happened. Two close women friends who live in different towns and don't know each other well bought me the SAME card, at different stores. What are the probabilities of THAT???!!! So I must ponder the card, it must have some deep significance. It's the green and blue Maya Angelou card that says A wonderful day, a wonderful friend, cheers to both. One of my friends said she hunted for “just the right card” for quite awhile before finding this one. I love low-probability events. They're synchronicities only when we know their meaning, and I don't know this one yet….

Well, I so appreciate everyone in this community, the open hearts and keen minds, and your wishes and acknowledgments are nourishing and enlivening me. I am more grateful than I can convey to you….

And from all over the planet and from about a mile away (~C4.). How special, how awesome is THAT???!!!!! I feel GLOBAL !!!! WEEE are GLOBAL !!!!!

For me, birthdays are not about getting older, they are about celebrating the presence of the person in our lives. Just an excuse to do that. Thanks, all, for using the excuse !! LOL !!!

Happy Birthday OM! And many happy returns! Thank you for generating such a vibrant party, celebrating who you are! Hmmm, let's ponder here: “wonderful friend” and “wonderful day”. That goes hand in hand, does it not? A wonderful friend reaching out sure makes someone's day. That's a gift that keeps on giving.

You share your birthday with other wonderful friends. My soulmate, Joe, and his cousin, Guy, (now back home in his native Israel for a while) too are in that company. These two have in common that EVERY birthday in their lives turns out a beautiful, sunny, indeed wonderful day. In fact, Joe's sister Danielle banked on that fact and planned her weddingday on June 15th, just to be assured it was going to be a beautiful, sunny day. Naturally her wedding was blessed by sunshine and gentle breezes, and every anniversary has been wonderful weather wise!

Now Joe, Guy and you too have in common that you are exceptional, indeed wonderful friends. Your loyalty, authenticity, wisdom, clair voyance and delightful sense of humor just shines through.

How blessed we are to have people like you gracing our Earth. Somehow the vibration on every June 15th is such, that all conditions are favorable for a wonderful, sunny day. And somehow, it seems that every June 15, people are born that have this vibrational pattern embedded in their DNA/RNA.

It's still June 16th here on the West Coast. I'm late to the party but I'm glad I stopped by to enjoy the festivities!
Meenakshi, you are such a wonderful soul to celebrate a friend's birthday in such marvelous fashion!

Totally agree Meenakshi is a wonderful soul to initiate this celebration, and yes, Helen, I too am in AWE of the vibes directed my way. I allow them to twang me into a delightful vibration, like a violin string, and then I radiate that vibration back to everyone, and out to the world and beyond.

No one is late or belated. I typically have birthdays that last at least a month !!!!! As long as people are here, the party's happening !!

I'm not just in awe or snuffling, I'm floored, by the goodwishes, goodwill, acknowledgments. What a feast for my soul. I want everyone to receive this on THEIR birthday !!!!

Meenakshi you are such a good hostess. How on earth did you find a unique sunflower cake, and slices of another beautiful one, and two kinds of sunflower candles, and that awesome field of them !! Thank you for the time spent on finding those !! (It's good to have a fetish. People know what to get you !!! LOL !!)

Thankyou from the bottom of my heart, all my old friends and new friends showing up here, the words and wishes from each one are lighting a fire in my heart !!!

Those of us like jeepdog 'n me and others who are seriously moving backward in age are available to coach anyone else desiring to do this….. I have to move backward now because I will never, next year, be able to foist on the world the farce of MY being 70 !! That would be just tooooo ludicrous, me 70. (Unless and until the mass hypnosis about age redefines 70 !!)

So eat up, I blew out all the candles with one cyber-breath, haha, and enjoy those special floating lighted candles in the pool !!

My birthday day in physical-space was delightful, including lunch at an awesomely elegant gourmet organic restaurant with a VERY old friend, then we drove around the countryside for awhile, then this evening I visited other friends, who gave me an orchid and a fabulous card with fireworks on it (another fetish.)

And while June 16 is almost over here, the celebrations in cyber and physical space will continue !! Thank you again and again !!

“It's a wonderful world” it is, then, OM. Oh, well, then again I just found this http://www.barb-coolwaters.com/a001/whisperinghope.html and decided to learn it and sing along with it, tuning into that place where sorrow and joy meet, merge, transform and transmute. Somewhere, yes, right along with crying out “thy vo-h-oice”, I swear I'm feeling your being light up into the biggest smile. On angel wings you rise up, and are rocked, ever so gently, and people get up and place crystals around you in the shape of a labyrinth. Ever so gently you are back on your feet and find yourself at the very center of the labyrinth, knowing there is no beginning, nor end. Walking your labyrinth in joy and wonder, in and out, out and in, you invite others to do the same. Together we experience that as it is within, it is without. And we weep, in gratitude. Tears of joy are caught by the crystals who in turn reflect upon us - even more brightly and magnified now - the rays of light we are.

And of course since you've already blown your circuits anyway (excellent!) we can chant, alternating high and low, starting out slowly and gradually changing the tempo, and ending slowly again:

Krishna Govinda, Govinda, Gopaala (repeat many times)
Krishna Murali Mano Harananda Naala (repeat many times)

Until we merge into one veritable, vibrational, loving light show.
