When Yashoda saw the Universe

When the mother Yashoda, wife of the village headman, chided her divine son Krishna for eating the mud he was playing in, he denied it.
"Open your mouth, " she said, and he did.
And within it, was the Brahmand. The created universe.

It took but a moment when she almost fainted, so deep was the level at which she was transported, and then he shut his mouth. And with it, her awareness, went back to sleep.
That sublime gateway may open for us in dream or while awake. It is a moment's experience, heady and indescribable.
If we are fortunate, we remember, and try to bring it into our everyday lives on the 3-D plane.
What did the mother Mary see when she gazed into the eyes of the divine child Jesus?

In the gaze of these divine beings, each mother can remember the day she gazed at her newborn child. Each child that is born, brings the vision of that miracle, and any mother, whether the child is born of her, or she is like Yashoda an adoptive mother, can witness the miracle.
From the eyes and mouths of babes!

Help

yes, the mother is powerful.
and what powerful babes! Amazing little creatures, the hopes and feelings they create, their ability to command the attention of an entire room with the smallest whimper or the brightest smile! I think mine has the ability to share thoughts with me, really. There are days where all I have to do is look to know exactly what he wants.
The picture of Krishna and his mother is so beautiful. Each of us carry in us all aspects of the universe. In each cell, molecule and atom lives all of creation, as placed by the Creator of the Universe. When I had my first child, as a young woman, I greeted her with joy and fear, how was I to care for this little person and assist her in growing into an adult, when I had so much growing to do myself. Little did I know that the creator had equipped both she and I to grow together, to learn together and pass knowledge on together. We are all children of the universe and the universe abides in us all. Looking at that image brings me such peace. Thank you
How wonderful to hear of these stories of children and parents. Krishna
was a mischievous child, and his exploits warm the hearts of mothers
till today. I guess he allows us to see the divinity in a child’s
playfulness.
There
are several layers of personal meaning here. Krishna is the dark one;
and the new moon night is called krishna paksh in Hindi. In fact, he is
called Krishna because he was darker than his brothers!
More to come
